Kyndryl and WPP Expand AI and Marketing Partnership
Kyndryl and WPP announced an expanded partnership in a press release covering enterprise technology, marketing and joint customer work. WPP will use Kyndryl's Agentic AI Framework to modernize applications, automate support and reduce technical complexity.
Kyndryl will combine WPP's workplace, cloud, infrastructure and enterprise services under a common operating model. WPP also plans to retire legacy applications and use Kyndryl Bridge to integrate and monitor its technology environment.
Kyndryl named WPP its preferred global marketing partner, expanding their work beyond media, brand and creative strategy. WPP will support an AI powered marketing operating system built on WPP Open, while Kyndryl Consult and WPP Enterprise Solutions will continue joint sales initiatives focused on modernization and customer engagement.
