Land ID launches The Land id, an AI property insights product that combines property, environmental, neighborhood, regional, and user supplied data.

Land ID launches The Land id, its flagship AI Insights product, the company said in a press release. The product uses Land id Intelligence, a proprietary AI engine that processes property, environmental, neighborhood, regional, and user supplied data.

The Land id assembles information about properties and surrounding areas, explains relevant findings in plain language, and displays them on a map. Users can generate property descriptions, consolidate details, create presentation ready visuals, and share findings across phones, tablets, and browsers.

The product is available to Pro and Premium subscribers. Basic subscribers can also access it for a limited time. It supports residential agents, land and ranch brokerages, multifamily operators, investors, developers, property owners, managers, and appraisers.
