Legora Connects Ansarada Data Rooms to Legal AI Workflows
Ansarada and Legora introduced an integration that brings permitted data room documents into Legora, the companies said in a press release. The integration is available in beta to Legora customers with access to an Ansarada data room.
Users can browse accessible rooms, folders, and documents within Legora, then import selected material while preserving its folder structure. They can use Legora to summarize documents, extract terms, compare files, draft content, and create closing checklists.
Users sign in with their Ansarada credentials, and existing permissions determine which material appears in Legora. Imported documents are recorded under the user's name in the Ansarada audit trail.
