Legora and Laurel Partner on Automatic Legal Time Capture
Legora and Laurel announced in a press release a partnership that will add automatic time capture to legal work completed in Legora. Laurel will convert each task into a time entry assigned to the relevant client and matter, with a description for the lawyer to review.
The entries will appear alongside time Laurel captures from email, documents, calls, and other applications. Firms using both platforms will receive availability details as the rollout begins, with automated capture from Legora arriving first.
In a second phase, the companies will jointly develop measures for Legora usage and the value of AI assisted legal work. They plan to consult customers on which measures to use, how to calculate them, and how to present the results in both platforms.
