Legora and Sirion Connect Legal AI With Contract Management
Legora and Sirion are connecting their legal AI and contract management platforms, the companies announced in a press release. The integration will let legal teams access Sirion contracts, precedents and commercial terms within Legora.
Users working in Sirion will be able to run Legora legal research against case law, legislation and regulations. Legora will return answers with citations and suggest contract amendments based on issues found during research.
Sirion will remain the system of record for draft and executed contracts. Its access controls will also apply in Legora, limiting users to contracts they are permitted to access in Sirion.
The integration will roll out in phases, starting with selected beta customers. The companies will provide details about broader availability and additional features later.
