Lendflow Introduces AI Automation Suite for Embedded Lending
Lendflow has launched 'Lendflow Automate', a new suite of AI-powered agents aimed at optimizing workforce efficiency in the lending sector, announced in a press release. The announcement was made at Ai4, America's largest AI event.
'Lendflow Automate' combines automation with advanced AI to provide a digital workforce that operates 24/7, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and accelerating decision-making. This suite includes AI Operational Agents that engage with customers through voice, text, email, and chat, enhancing conversion rates and reducing time-to-funding.
Key features of the suite include agents like the Application Walkthrough Assistant, which helps users complete abandoned applications, and the Document Collection Assistant, which ensures all necessary documentation is collected efficiently. Additionally, specialized agents handle tasks such as document processing and risk scoring, further enhancing operational efficiency.
Lendflow Automate is designed to scale infinitely, allowing human teams to focus on higher-value tasks, thereby delivering significant operational ROI for lenders and fintech partners.
