LeoLabs Launches AI-Powered Delta System for Space Threat Detection
LeoLabs has launched Delta, an AI-powered system for advanced threat detection and characterization in orbit, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to support U.S. and Allied national security missions by delivering more comprehensive and actionable intelligence than the company’s previous space domain awareness solution, LeoGuard.
Delta integrates LeoLabs’ radar network and commercial object catalog to monitor mission-relevant objects in low Earth orbit, detect and characterize anomalies, and analyze activity patterns. The system translates orbital data into real-time alerts and insights for operators, enabling faster and more informed responses to potential threats.
The new system debuts alongside LeoLabs’ refreshed product suite, which includes Pulse for collision avoidance and Trace for launch and early operations services. Together, these offerings provide a unified set of tools for defense, civil, and commercial space operators managing assets in increasingly congested orbital environments.
