LexisNexis Adds Disclosure Management Suite to Intelligize+ AI
LexisNexis launches the Disclosure Management Suite for Intelligize+ AI, the company said in a press release. The suite lets legal, disclosure and financial reporting teams upload draft documents and analyze them alongside SEC filings.
Protégé Vault accepts PDF, Word, text and zip files, then cites uploaded documents as sources. A Custom Workflow Builder converts research objectives written in natural language into editable workflows that apply the same analysis across multiple filings and produce sourced reports.
Disclosure Analyzer reviews a previous 10-K, 10-Q or current draft to identify language that may need revision. Its findings cover regulatory requirements, accounting guidance, peer comparisons and topical guidance, with supporting sources and suggested wording.
The suite also includes automated GAAP and SEC checklists for documenting compliance reviews, assignments and approvals. Users make the final decisions on findings and proposed changes.
