LG Energy Solution Battery System Qualifies as NVIDIA DSX Ready BESS

LG Energy Solution's battery energy storage system has qualified as NVIDIA DSX Ready BESS for AI factory power infrastructure.

LG Energy Solution said in a press release that its battery energy storage system has qualified as NVIDIA DSX Ready BESS. The qualification covers partner products that meet applicable NVIDIA DSX reference design requirements for AI factories.

The AC energy storage system uses modular battery blocks rated at 2.5 MW and 5.1 MWh. It includes grid forming capability and fast response for managing AI power loads, voltage disruptions and power reliability.

LG Energy Solution says the system architecture is designed to meet applicable UL and NFPA requirements. The company operates five production facilities in North America and plans to secure more than 50 GWh of regional LFP battery cell production capacity by the end of 2026.
