Li-S Energy and Praetorian Aeronautics Partner on AI Drone Power Systems
Li-S Energy has signed a collaboration agreement with Praetorian Aeronautics to explore the integration of its lithium-sulfur and lithium-metal battery technologies into autonomous aerial defense systems, announced in a press release.
The partnership will evaluate how Li-S Energy’s lightweight, high-energy-density batteries can enhance Praetorian’s AI-driven counter-UAV interceptor drones and other airborne platforms. The testing will focus on improving mission endurance, payload flexibility, and system weight.
Under the agreement, both companies will conduct technical evaluations and testing to determine the feasibility of incorporating Li-S Energy’s battery cells into Praetorian’s flagship systems. Future commercial outcomes will depend on the results of these trials, with potential for broader applications across defense and related markets.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
