Liberty Defense Joins NVIDIA Connect Program to Advance AI Threat Detection
Liberty Defense Technologies has joined the NVIDIA Connect Program to accelerate the development of its AI-based threat detection technologies, announced in a press release.
Participation in the program will give Liberty Defense access to NVIDIA’s advanced hardware, AI frameworks, and co-development opportunities. The company plans to use these resources to improve real-time AI processing, enhance detection accuracy, and expand deployment across sectors such as aviation, public venues, schools, and urban infrastructure.
Liberty Defense’s technology portfolio includes the HEXWAVE system, which uses 3D radar imaging and AI to detect concealed weapons, as well as the High-Definition Advanced Imaging Technology (HD-AIT) body and shoe scanners. By integrating NVIDIA’s GPU and edge-AI tools, Liberty aims to deliver faster and more accurate security screening in high-traffic environments.
