LifeLabs Learning Launches AI Training Program for Managers

LifeLabs Learning will offer a facilitator led AI Transformation Program for managers starting October 5, 2026. The program covers AI task decisions, team management, workflow changes and adoption measurement.

LifeLabs Learning announced in a press release an AI Transformation Program for managers that will become available October 5, 2026. The live, facilitator led program focuses on applying AI to individual tasks, team practices and organizational adoption.

The program includes three workshops covering AI discernment, managing people in work that uses AI and leading AI adoption. Managers learn methods for deciding whether to automate, augment or keep tasks led by people, while retaining judgment and accountability.

A separate Skills Lab lets participants apply the methods to workplace challenges through practice, coaching, feedback and peer input. The program also covers AI usage mapping, workflow changes, capacity assessment and measuring progress beyond usage levels.
