Lingopal.ai, a company specializing in real-time speech-to-speech translation, has announced the completion of a $14 million Series A funding round. The funding was led by DCM Ventures, with additional participation from Scrum Ventures, Marquee Ventures, and various angel investors. This investment aims to support Lingopal.ai's expansion into new markets and further development of its technology.

The company's platform offers a no-code, plug-and-play solution that allows for the instant translation of live stream audio into over 120 languages. This technology is particularly beneficial for industries such as sports broadcasting, where Lingopal.ai is already partnering with clients to enhance global audience reach.

Lingopal.ai's translation engine is noted for its low latency and high accuracy, outperforming traditional human translators. The platform is capable of preserving emotional nuances and understanding complex language elements like slang and idioms. With this new funding, Lingopal.ai plans to invest in research and development to improve its offerings and expand its market presence.

Founded in 2023 by Deven Orie and Casey Schneider, Lingopal.ai has rapidly grown, doubling its workforce in recent months. The company aims to continue this growth trajectory, projecting further expansion by April 2025.
