Linus Health to Present AI Tools for Early Alzheimer’s Detection at CTAD 2025
Linus Health will showcase new evidence supporting its AI-enabled cognitive assessment tools for early Alzheimer’s detection and clinical trial readiness at the 18th annual Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease (CTAD) conference in San Diego, announced in a press release. The company will present five scientific posters on December 4, 2025, focusing on digital tools that measure cognitive changes and patient-centered outcomes.
Three of the posters feature findings on Linus Health’s electronic Person-Specific Outcome Measure (ePSOM) tool, which captures individual priorities and demonstrates sensitivity to early cognitive changes. Additional presentations will cover the Digital Clock and Recall (DCR) and Digital Assessment of Cognition (DAC) tools, which identify Alzheimer’s disease risk and treatment eligibility with high accuracy.
The DCR tool provides a three-minute assessment that detects cognitive impairment and estimates amyloid positivity, while the DAC tool predicts p-tau217 biomarker status in a seven-minute remote test. Both are designed to streamline recruitment and screening processes in clinical trials.
Linus Health also announced that a related manuscript has been accepted for publication in Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy, describing the use of multimodal machine learning in its DCR assessment to concurrently detect cognitive impairment and amyloid positivity.
