Litera promotes Priyanka Singh to president and Adam Ryan to chief product and marketing officer. Singh will oversee company wide operations and customer delivery, while Ryan will lead product, marketing and commercial strategy.

Singh joined Litera as chief financial officer in 2025. She became executive vice president of operations and chief financial officer in 2026, leading changes to customer operations and internal processes.

Ryan has served as chief product officer since 2022. He led development of the Lito platform, Litera's legal AI agent, Firm Intelligence and Firm AI Search. He previously worked as chief legal innovation officer at Freshfields and as a solicitor at Mallesons.
