Loyalty Juggernaut Earns ISO 42001 Certification for GRAVTY AI

Loyalty Juggernaut, Inc. received ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for the artificial intelligence management system governing AI capabilities in its GRAVTY platform, the company said in a press release. The British Standards Institution certified the system.

The certification covers supervised and unsupervised learning and large language models used for personalization, fraud management, loyalty intelligence, autonomous decision making and loyalty operations.

The certified systems cover program intelligence, personalization, growth and retention, commerce and experience, trust and risk, and productivity and workflow. ISO/IEC 42001 provides a framework for AI risk management, governance, transparency, accountability and security.
