LumApps to Acquire Comeen to Expand AI Employee Hub into Workplace Experience
LumApps has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Comeen, a workplace experience platform specializing in space management, digital signage, and visitor services, announced in a press release. The acquisition extends LumApps' AI employee hub into physical workplace services and is expected to close in May 2026.
The integration connects communication, collaboration, automation, and physical workplace management within one platform. LumApps plans to unify employee and workplace experiences by embedding management tools directly into daily workflows. The combined platform will include intelligent desk and meeting room scheduling with real time availability, an AI workplace assistant for booking and contextual support, and analytics for occupancy and space use.
Additional features include digital signage, visitor pre-registration, secure access notifications, and integrated building services such as dining and gym reservations. According to LumApps, these capabilities are available immediately through its marketplace, with expanded workplace experience functions rolling out through 2026.
Both companies will present their integrated offering at Google Next in Las Vegas from April 22 to 24.
