Sébastien Cano will become CEO of LumApps on December 1, succeeding founder Sébastien Ricard, who will move to the executive chairman role.
LumApps Appoints Sébastien Cano as CEO

LumApps will appoint Sébastien Cano as CEO effective December 1, 2026, the company said in a press release. Founder and current CEO Sébastien Ricard will become executive chairman.

Ricard will remain involved in long term strategy and governance, while Cano will oversee day to day operations. Cano has more than 20 years of enterprise software experience, including senior roles at Thales and Gemalto.

Cano will lead work on LumApps' Workhub product and global customer operations. LumApps says its AI employee hub serves more than 10 million users and integrates with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
