ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions has partnered with Carv to integrate Carv's agentic AI into its recruitment processes, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to automate routine tasks, speed up hiring, and enhance the candidate experience across ManpowerGroup's global operations.

Carv's AI technology will be embedded directly into recruiters' workflows, allowing them to focus more on relationship-building and identifying top talent. This integration is part of ManpowerGroup's broader strategy to leverage advanced technology within its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations.

The partnership is supported by ManpowerGroup's digital infrastructure, PowerSuite, which processes a significant portion of the company's front office revenues. This scalable platform will facilitate the rapid deployment of Carv's AI across ManpowerGroup's global network, aiming to reduce time-to-hire and improve recruiter productivity.
