MasterControl has introduced Event Summarizer, a new AI feature within its Quality Excellence solution that automatically produces concise summaries of complex quality events, according to a press release. The tool is part of the company’s Advanced Quality Event Management suite and is now available to customers.
Event Summarizer uses MasterControl’s ISO 42001 certified AI platform to generate immediate summaries of deviations, CAPAs, and nonconformances directly within quality workflows. The system enables users to review event details quickly, understand context, and take action without manual data review.
The feature includes human-in-the-loop controls that allow users to edit and refine AI-generated summaries. Built with compliance and security in mind, it is designed to maintain regulatory standards while improving operational efficiency in quality and manufacturing processes.
