MedaSync Gains Strategic Investment from Omega Healthcare
MedaSync has secured a strategic investment from Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., a leading real estate investment trust focused on skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This investment, announced in a press release, aims to accelerate the adoption of MedaSync's AI-powered reimbursement optimization software, which is designed to reduce administrative burdens in the skilled nursing sector.
MedaSync's platform uses AI to analyze clinical documentation, surfacing reimbursement misalignments and identifying patient needs to ensure high-quality care. The company has seen significant growth, with customer acquisition increasing over 100% year-over-year. As part of the investment, Megan Krull, Senior Vice President of Operations at Omega Healthcare, will join MedaSync's Board of Directors.
The funding will support MedaSync in scaling its innovative SaaS products and expanding its market presence, providing skilled nursing organizations with tools to navigate the complex reimbursement landscape effectively.
