MediRoutes Launches Predictive ETAs for Medical Transport

Oct 13, 2026
MediRoutes launched a predictive arrival time feature that uses GPS trip history, machine learning and live traffic data to help medical transport providers build schedules.

MediRoutes announced in a press release the launch of Predictive ETAs for non emergency medical transportation providers. The feature uses machine learning, GPS trip history and live traffic conditions to estimate how long each route will take.

MediRoutes collects vehicle location data about every five seconds. Its estimates account for previous trips on the same route, time of day, day of the week, loading, unloading, equipment securement and waits at facility doors. They update in real time as trips progress.

Dispatchers can use the estimates when creating routes and deciding which broker trips to accept. Predictive ETAs are available in the latest version of the company’s dispatch software, which is rolling out to customers before a full launch later in October.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
