The MedLegal Professor Introduces AI Governance Protocol for Regulated Industries
The MedLegal Professor, led by Nikki Mehrpoo, has launched the EEE AI Governance Protocol, a compliance framework designed to safeguard licensed professionals and regulated industries, announced in a press release. This protocol aims to ensure that AI systems are ethically deployed and legally defensible.
The EEE AI Governance Protocol is built on the Educate, Empower, Elevate methodology, providing an enforcement-grade compliance system that governs AI at both organizational and workflow levels. At the organizational level, it establishes readiness standards, policies, and deployment strategies. At the workflow level, it requires documentation, evidentiary controls, and audit-ready compliance for every AI-augmented decision.
The protocol is part of the AI+HI Initiative, which emphasizes that human intelligence should lead AI systems. This initiative aims to preserve ethics, accountability, and public trust by ensuring humans remain in command of AI systems. The protocol is already being integrated into professional environments, with organizations like MedEd Cloud and Effingo Tech LLC embedding these protocols to ensure regulator-ready deployment of AI systems.
The MedLegal Professor continues to champion AI governance and compliance, reinforcing the importance of human oversight in AI-driven decision-making processes.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
