Meta Expands Muse AI Agent to Small Businesses

Meta is expanding Muse to small businesses following the launch of its Meta Enterprise Platform, according to TechCrunch.

Muse connects with Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Canva, Intuit QuickBooks, Notion, Stripe, Zoom and other business software. It can also access analytics from Instagram professional accounts, Facebook pages and Meta ad accounts.

The agent uses information about a business, including its products, brand language and common customer questions, to assist with sales, operations and marketing tasks. Muse for Small Business is free with usage limits, while subscription plans offer additional usage.
