MGT, Protopia AI, and HPE Launch AI Experience Center for Public Sector Agencies
MGT, Protopia AI, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise have launched a national AI Experience Center for state, local, and education (SLED) government agencies, announced in a press release. The initiative aims to help public-sector organizations move from AI experimentation to production-ready deployment using a secure, scalable model.
The AI Experience Center is built on HPE Private Cloud AI, co-developed with NVIDIA as part of the NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio. It integrates Protopia AI's privacy-preserving inference technology, including its Stained Glass Transform, which protects sensitive data during AI processing. The center enables the use of governed AI agents, referred to as "digital employees," designed to reduce administrative workloads and support educators.
The facility offers SLED customers an environment for developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions with policy enforcement and auditability. It supports workflows such as automating administrative processes, providing curriculum-aligned student support, and assisting educators with planning and communication tools. The model can be delivered as a managed service by MGT or replicated locally by districts.
Protopia AI’s participation in HPE’s Unleash AI program will contribute a secure AI architecture blueprint based on HPE Private Cloud AI. The blueprint includes governance, change management, and process optimization strategies to help agencies scale AI adoption while maintaining control over sensitive data.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
