Mibro launches AeroPace smartwatch with AI running coach
Mibro launches the AeroPace running smartwatch for beginner runners with its Mibro Coach training system, the company stated in a press release. The watch is available through Mibro's official channels from October 13, with prices starting at 149.99 euros.
Mibro Coach combines sports physiology models with AI agents. It assesses running ability using the VDOT index, an estimated VO2max, predicted race times from 5K to marathon and individual training focus, and draws on training history, daily routines and user preferences to personalize its recommendations. It offers more than 20 training plans lasting four to 20 weeks and adapts daily sessions to sleep, fatigue and training status. Users can choose from five AI coaches with different coaching styles.
During runs, the system tracks cadence, stride length, ground contact time, vertical oscillation and other running dynamics. After each session, it combines these with training load, heart rate variability and sleep quality to highlight strengths and areas for improvement and suggest general next steps. A Just Talk feature supports multi turn conversations with the AI coach. Mibro says the coaching features are intended for general fitness training and not for diagnosing or treating any disease.
