MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation is presenting new AI infrastructure at the Open Compute Project Foundation Global Summit 2026, the company said in a press release. The showcase covers AI servers, modular data centers, open source firmware, cluster management and liquid cooling.

A prototype pairs the MiTAC G4826Z5 server with ZutaCore HyperCool, a waterless two phase cooling system that moves dielectric fluid from liquid to gas at the chip. The system can support more than 4,000 watts per chip and an average heat flux above 250 watts per square centimeter. An annualized model under specified conditions indicates a partial power usage effectiveness as low as 1.03.

MiTAC is also showing the TonoForge modular data center developed with Tonomia. It integrates liquid cooled G4826Z5 servers and rack scale systems, with a deployment period of 12 weeks. The G4826Z5 runs Ubuntu 26.04, Kubernetes, DDN Data Intelligence and AMD ROCm software for AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs. Rafay software manages GPU resource pools.

Two new server configurations include the C2611Z6, a liquid cooled 2U system with four compute nodes and AMD EPYC 9006 processors, and the G4520G6E3BC-N, a 4U server for AI inference. The latter supports up to eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 4500, NVIDIA 6000 Blackwell Server Edition or NVIDIA H200 GPUs, along with 12 NVMe E3.S drive bays.
