Mitratech Acquires BotDojo for AI Agent Orchestration

Mitratech acquired BotDojo and will integrate its AI agent orchestration technology into the ARIES legal, compliance, and HR platform.

Mitratech acquired AI agent startup BotDojo, according to Legaltech News. BotDojo provides tools for building, monitoring, and evaluating AI agents.

Mitratech will integrate BotDojo into ARIES, its platform for legal, compliance, and HR teams. The integration will provide two way Model Context Protocol support, allowing customer agents to access approved matter, spending, document, and client data in Mitratech systems. Mitratech agents will also be able to interact with external tools.

The combined platform will include agents configured for tasks such as intake triage, invoice review, contract processing, and matter reporting. Mitratech also plans more than 50 prebuilt connectors, approval controls, temporary access grants, isolated agent workspaces, and support for multiple cloud and AI model providers.
