Mo Gawdat to Speak at Fintech Forward 2026 in Bahrain

Bahrain Economic Development Board announced in a press release that former Google X executive Mo Gawdat will speak at Fintech Forward 2026. The event will run from October 7 to 8 at Exhibition World Bahrain under the theme "Finance in the Age of Intelligent Infrastructure."

Gawdat will participate in a fireside chat titled "When Intelligence Is Everywhere: What Should Humans Still Decide?" The session will cover AI, human judgment, ethics, accountability and responsible decision making in financial services.

Gawdat previously served as Chief Business Officer at Google X and held roles at IBM, NCR and Microsoft. Bahrain EDB hosts Fintech Forward with support from the Central Bank of Bahrain, Tamkeen, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority and Bahrain Fintech Bay.
