StackFuel, which provides training to major companies such as Mercedes-Benz, IAV, and Telefónica, was founded by Leo Marose and Stefan Berntheisel. Both founders will join the senior leadership team of the combined company. StackFuel’s programs have a 92% completion rate and focus on data and AI skill development for large organizations.
Multiverse, Europe’s only EdTech unicorn and a major AI upskilling platform, partners with over 1,500 global companies. The acquisition marks a key step in its European expansion strategy. The company’s German subsidiary, Multiverse GmbH, is accredited under AZAV and has been offering training programs in Germany since 2025.
According to Multiverse CEO Euan Blair, the integration of StackFuel’s local expertise with Multiverse’s AI-driven learning platform will enable large-scale delivery of AI training across the German workforce.
