MySize Expands Naiz Fit with ShoeSize.Me Acquisition
MySize Inc. has acquired ShoeSize.Me, a European SaaS company specializing in AI-powered footwear sizing solutions, announced in a press release. This acquisition is part of MySize's strategic roll-up plan to expand its B2B and tech portfolio while maintaining its cash position.
ShoeSize.Me, which serves over 20 fashion retailers in Central Europe, will operate under the Naiz Fit umbrella. This integration aims to create a unified platform addressing sizing and fit challenges across both apparel and footwear. The acquisition is expected to enhance cross-selling opportunities and unlock revenue synergies in Europe and the Middle East.
The transaction involved the issuance of 241,093 shares of common stock and a cash payment of $150,000. Additionally, a five-year milestone vesting warrant to purchase 28,000 shares of common stock was issued to a key employee of ShoeSize.Me. This move aligns with MySize's strategy to strengthen its SaaS portfolio and data assets, positioning itself as a consolidator in the fashion tech industry.
