Nebius Expands AI Builder Program Across Europe With $10 Million
Nebius Group is expanding its AI Builder Program across Europe with $10 million in compute, funding access and community programs, according to a company blog post. The program supports European developers working on open models, coding agents, inference tools, reinforcement learning, evaluations and data tools.
Nebius will provide compute grants for qualifying research and developer tools. Through Accel and other European venture capital firms, participating teams can also connect with potential investors as they turn projects into companies.
Nebius and NVIDIA will organize hackathons and demo days with AI Tinkerers, Tech Europe and the European Student Robotics Association. Nebius launched the global program in September, and its hackathon with NVIDIA has attracted more than 24,000 participants.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
