Nebius Signs $27 Billion AI Infrastructure Agreement with Meta
Nebius Group has entered a new five-year AI infrastructure agreement with Meta, valued at up to $27 billion, announced in a press release.
Under the deal, Nebius will supply $12 billion of dedicated capacity across multiple locations, featuring one of the first large-scale deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. The company plans to begin delivering this capacity in early 2027.
In addition, Meta has committed to purchase up to $15 billion in additional compute capacity from upcoming Nebius clusters over the same period. Nebius intends to sell the remaining available capacity to third-party AI cloud customers.
The agreement strengthens the partnership between the two companies and supports Nebius’s expansion of its AI cloud infrastructure business. The company stated that its 2026 financial guidance remains unchanged.
