Neutrinos Launches Kamios AI Agent Platform for Regulated Industries
Neutrinos launches Kamios, a platform for coordinating and governing AI agents in regulated industries, as detailed in a company press release. The platform runs agents across insurance, banking and financial services workflows while recording their authority, evidence and cost.
Kamios accepts work from voice calls, chats, emails and system events. It coordinates agents, employees and existing systems through six layers covering rules, data, orchestration, actions, governance and improvement. Customers can choose the models used for each task and run the platform inside their own environment.
Six customer programs currently use Kamios for processes including onboarding, claims, underwriting and new policy issuance. Neutrinos reports that straight through processing for new business rose from 2% to 35% at one Tier 1 insurer, while claims automation increased from 45% to 78% at another.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
