Newtide has launched its first enterprise AI platform, RisingTide, specifically designed for the fuels and convenience retail industry, announced in a press release. The platform aims to redefine digital intelligence deployment within businesses through its components: Data Helm, Agent Harbor, and Shipyard.

Data Helm serves as the foundation for data ingestion and management, transforming raw data from various sources into structured formats usable by AI agents. Agent Harbor facilitates the creation, training, and deployment of these AI agents, which are designed to perform tasks, generate insights, and aid in decision-making. Shipyard, the AI workflow factory, integrates data and agents into cohesive workflows, offering a drag-and-drop editor and support for over 300 services to streamline workflow design and deployment.

The RisingTide platform is intended to boost efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus on strategic work. This launch is part of Newtide's broader mission to leverage AI technology to enhance business operations in a rapidly changing world.
