Notable Introduces Flow Compass for Healthcare AI Workflows
Notable introduces Flow Compass, an intelligence layer for building, testing and managing healthcare AI workflows, the company said in a press release. The tool is available now through Flow Studio on the Notable Platform.
Healthcare operators can ask Flow Compass questions about workflow performance, failures, costs and possible automation projects. It can generate test cases, run readiness reviews, trace failed runs to their causes and create dashboards covering utilization, revenue and cost savings.
Flow Compass uses data from electronic health records, clearinghouses, knowledge bases, workflow runs, phone calls and faxes. It follows role based access controls, maintains an audit trail, cites its sources and requires health system staff to approve workflow publication or changes.
NKC Health used the tool during a prelaunch review of a patient questionnaire workflow. Flow Compass identified a configuration issue that would have prevented patient answers from being written to the chart, allowing the health system to correct it before launch.
