Notch says its Max AI marketing agent increased sales and reduced customer acquisition costs by 30% during a two month experiment with ecommerce brand Scentless.

Notch says its Max AI marketing agent increased sales and reduced customer acquisition costs by 30% during a two month experiment with ecommerce brand Scentless, according to a company press release.

Max connected to Scentless through Shopify and accessed its Meta advertising account and raw video footage. The system analyzed market trends, created and refreshed video ads, monitored campaign performance, and reallocated budgets.

Notch says Max can also manage campaign strategy, deployment, ad fatigue monitoring, competitor analysis, reporting, and budgets across Meta and TikTok. Actions can require user approval or follow predefined rules.
