NovaOne Launches Combined Behavioral and Physical Health Platform
NovaOne launches a modular healthcare platform that combines behavioral and physical health services, the company announced in a press release. The platform is generally available nationwide to health plans and large employers.
The service includes preventive tools, clinically validated assessments and an AI care navigator with human clinical oversight. It screens members across more than 15 clinical risk areas and directs them to appropriate care within a network of specialty providers. The AI component is the navigator that routes members to care, not the assessments or the clinical care itself.
The provider network covers conditions including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, serious mental illness, autism and mental health needs for children. NovaOne says its services reach six health plans, more than 4,000 employers and 15 million members.
