Nscale appoints Amy Banse to its board of directors and names her chair of the Compensation Committee.

Nscale appoints Amy Banse to its board of directors, the company said in a press release. Banse will also chair the Compensation Committee.

Banse serves on the boards of Adobe, Lennar and On Holding. She previously served on the boards of Clorox, Nextdoor, Anchor and Quantifind.

She previously worked as an executive vice president at Comcast and as managing director and head of funds at Comcast Ventures. Banse has more than 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment and governance.
