Nuix Adds Generative AI Tools and AI Chat to Discover

Nuix has released generative AI tools for legal review in Discover SaaS and introduced an early version of AI Chat for querying case data.

Nuix made several generative AI capabilities generally available in Nuix Discover SaaS on September 4, as announced in a press release. The tools include document summaries, similar document discovery, semantic search, clustering and visualizations for legal review and eDiscovery.

Nuix also introduced AI Chat through its Early Adopter program. The interface lets reviewers, attorneys and investigators ask questions about case data in natural language and receive answers based on document content. Responses include document citations, while interactions are logged for an audit trail.

AI Chat will become generally available in December 2026. The other generative AI capabilities are expected to reach the on premises version of Nuix Discover in the following quarter.
