Numos Raises $4.25M Seed Funding to Build AI Finance Platform

Numos has raised $4.25 million in seed funding led by General Catalyst, with participation from Operator Collective, announced in a press release. The funding will support the development of Numos' AI platform, which helps enterprise finance teams automate workflows and improve decision-making across accounting systems, billing tools, and data warehouses.

The Numos platform integrates with existing finance stacks to analyze transactions and surface key financial drivers while maintaining transparency and an auditable trail. It enables faster financial planning and analysis reporting and reduces the time needed to close books by more than half.

Numos uses coordinated AI agents to automate repetitive tasks such as reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting. The company reports growing adoption among enterprise clients including Udemy and Dandy. The seed funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand the engineering team.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
