Omnissa Adds AI Agents and Governance to Workspace Platform

Omnissa introduced AI agents, cloud desktop services and governance controls for workplace IT at Omnissa ONE 2026. The tools cover employee support, vulnerability management, application packaging and oversight of AI actions.

Omnissa announced in a press release new AI agents, cloud desktop services and governance controls at Omnissa ONE 2026. The additions cover employee workspaces, IT operations and oversight of applications, models and agents.

Omnissa Cloud PC combines cloud computing with endpoint management, employee experience tools and Horizon Cloud desktop services. Horizon Delegate can complete approved tasks for virtual desktop users under their existing identities, permissions and security controls, including when they are not connected.

Three IT agents investigate employee experience issues, prioritize vulnerabilities and prepare Windows applications for administrator review. A hosted Omnissa MCP Server also provides access to platform services based on existing administrator permissions.

Omnissa Elara connects signals from workplace systems to help IT and security teams monitor AI applications, models and agents. It applies policies and controls before high impact digital actions occur.
