OpenAI Raises Bug Bounty Rewards to $172,000
OpenAI raises rewards in its Security Bug Bounty program, the company said in an announcement. Critical vulnerabilities in core products such as ChatGPT, Codex and the API Platform can now earn up to $30,000.
Exceptional critical findings remain eligible for a base reward of up to $100,000. Bonuses for report quality, researcher loyalty and priority campaigns can increase the total payout to about $172,000.
OpenAI says it has more than quadrupled the average midpoint of its reward ranges for medium, high and critical findings. The company will apply the new ranges to pending reports and pay the difference on eligible bounties awarded during the 30 days before the update.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
