Optiml is showcasing its REDI platform for real estate investment and asset managers at the Sustainable Real Estate Forum during NYC Climate Week.

Optiml will showcase its Real Estate Decision Intelligence platform at the Sustainable Real Estate Forum during NYC Climate Week on September 17, 2026, the company said in a press release. The REDI decision layer is designed for real estate investment and asset managers, owners, transaction managers and advisers.

The platform structures and validates data from valuations, rent rolls, energy performance certificates, due diligence reports and other documents. It models regulatory exposure, compliance targets, capital expenditure and financial returns, while testing strategies against changes in inflation, energy prices, construction costs and carbon pricing.

Optiml says one portfolio analysis covering 11 countries found about a 90% variance in green capital expenditure between transition plans. The platform is used by Empira Group, part of Partners Group, for its Transition to Green strategy across a portfolio with EUR 14 billion in gross development value and $10 billion in assets under management.
