Oracle Introduces Fusion Claw for Governed AI Agent Execution
Oracle Corporation announces in a press release Fusion Claw, a governed execution runtime for Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications. The company also released 25 Claw powered applications, bringing its total portfolio to 75 agentic applications.
Fusion Claw combines AI reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation for tasks including research, modeling, simulation and continuous replanning. Its Enterprise Operating Envelope defines policies, permissions, risk thresholds, approval requirements and escalation boundaries. Customers can select automation levels ranging from assistance to governed full auto execution.
An Outcome Trust Harness applies governance controls to each result, while an Outcome Receipt records the authority, evidence, decisions, actions and transactions involved. The applications run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and support models from providers including Google and OpenAI. Examples include Ledger, Workforce Staffing, Shipping Consolidation and Account Territory Growth Plan.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
