Orion Innovation received ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its artificial intelligence management system, covering governance, risk management, accountability and monitoring.

Orion Innovation received ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its artificial intelligence management system, the company said in a press release. The international standard provides a management framework for organizations that develop, supply or use AI systems.

The certification covers practices including AI governance, risk management, accountability, monitoring and continued improvement. Orion combines these controls with security and human oversight when deploying AI systems for clients.

Orion also developed tools that help companies monitor compliance with ISO/IEC 42001 across their AI agents.
