OutRival Appoints Shaun Sjolin as Chief Customer Officer
OutRival appoints Shaun Sjolin as chief customer officer, the company said in a press release. Sjolin will lead its customer organization and work with brands as they expand their use of its Digital Workers.
Sjolin joins from contact center software provider NICE, where he served as vice president of customer success. He previously held enterprise customer roles at SAP, IBM and Aon Hewitt.
OutRival said Sjolin will oversee customer programs across onboarding, support and renewals. He will also build the company's customer team and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
