Parloa to Present AI Agent Tools at WAVE 2026 in Berlin
Parloa will present updates to its AI Agent Management Platform at WAVE 2026 in Berlin on October 7 and 8, the company said in a press release. More than 700 enterprise leaders are expected at Wilhelm Studios for keynotes, panels, master classes and live demonstrations.
The planned updates cover agent performance measurement, testing, optimization, voice and chat interactions, contextual intelligence, security, data and deployment controls. Sessions will also address business value, customer experience metrics, reliability, regulation and data sovereignty.
Participants will include representatives from OpenAI, Microsoft, SAP, IKEA, HealthEquity, Volkswagen Financial Services, OBI, Booking.com, AUTO1 and Deloitte. General admission costs €799, and Parloa plans a WAVE Summit in New York on November 4 and 5.
