Partner Tech Self Checkout Gains Verifone Commander Certification
Partner Tech USA says in a press release its AI powered self checkout platform received certification for integration with Verifone Commander. The certification supports deployment at more than 55,000 fuel and convenience stores in North America.
Retailers can add Partner Tech terminals alongside existing Verifone Commander C18 terminals without replacing their payment, fuel, loyalty or store management systems. The integration supports fuel prepayment, age restricted products and multiple self checkout lanes.
Partner Tech's Alfred, Starling and Paula terminals run its Otter software, which provides computer vision item recognition, theft detection, transaction monitoring and attendant controls. The certified system is available immediately for convenience stores, travel centers and fuel retailers in North America.
