Pave Launches AI Compensation Platform on Google Cloud Marketplace
Pave has announced the availability of its AI-powered compensation intelligence platform on Google Cloud Marketplace, announced in a press release. This collaboration allows Google Cloud customers to easily discover, purchase, and deploy Pave's comprehensive compensation management solution.
The partnership builds on Pave's existing relationship with Google Cloud, where the company already operates all its workloads. The integration into the Google Cloud Marketplace offers benefits such as simplified procurement, consolidated billing, and the ability to apply Google Cloud spending commitments toward Pave subscriptions.
Pave's platform provides real-time salary and equity benchmarks, along with AI-driven workflow software, enabling companies to manage their compensation strategies effectively. The platform currently manages over $190 billion in total compensation spend and offers benchmarking data from more than 8,000 companies.
This move is part of Pave's broader strategy to leverage artificial intelligence for transforming compensation management, utilizing Google's Vertex AI platform and Gemini models to enhance its offerings.
